Old radium clocks no longer glow because the radium paint used on the clock dials has decayed over time. Radium is a radioactive element with a half-life of about 1600 years, so over the decades, the radioactive decay has reduced the intensity of the glow. Additionally, the phosphorescent material used in the paint may have degraded, further diminishing the glow. Due to the health hazards associated with radium, modern clocks and watches use safer and more stable materials for their luminescent features. **

Xenon glows pink when an electrical current is passed through it because of the excitation of its electrons. When the electrons in xenon atoms absorb energy from the electrical current, they move to higher energy levels. As these electrons return to their original energy levels, they release energy in the form of light, which appears pink in the case of xenon. This phenomenon is known as electroluminescence. **

Clocks can be disturbed by various factors such as magnetic fields, temperature changes, and mechanical shocks. Strong magnetic fields can interfere with the internal mechanisms of a clock, causing it to run fast or slow. Extreme temperature changes can also affect the accuracy of a clock by expanding or contracting its components. Additionally, any sudden impact or movement can disrupt the delicate balance of a clock's gears and springs, leading to malfunction. **

No, Gol D. Roger is not alive. He was executed by the Marines at his own request, as he was terminally ill with an incurable disease. His death marked the beginning of the Great Pirate Era, as many pirates were inspired by his final words to search for his legendary treasure, the One Piece. **
